iCloud Sync not working on my MAC.

Well I read the reviews and read the update log about what was changed recently. iCloud sync was supposed to be fixed. However it does not work on my MAC but seems to be connected on my iPhone. Rather disappointing and also the creators site does not exist from what I can tell. It keeps displaying Forbidden. I think I may have just wasted my money on the MAC and iPhone app.
It’s a great app. However it does not live up to it’s claim of iCloud sync.
Hoping they will contact me because I have no way of getting thru to them.
Not sure what to do now.
